Produced in the Reggio Emilia province of Italy by Acetaia Dodi. Made from strictly Italian, cooked grape must.  

A dark brown liquid, with a syrupy, sweet taste. Best used as a sweetener in preparation of desserts, ice cream, cheese, and grilled vegetables. 

Acetaia Dodi Production Process: Obtained by the prolonged cooking of the grape must. The product is then bottled hot.
