A red, dark-colored liquid, with pleasant fruity notes. Best used to flavor meats, raw vegetables, and salads.
Acetaia Dodi Production Process: This product is produced according to the traditional combination of concentrated pomegranate juice, concentrated white grapes, and wine vinegar. The combined mixture is placed in wood barrels for at least 12 months, giving the liquid its iconic scent, taste, and balance.
