Produced in the Reggio Emilia province of Italy by Acetaia Dodi. Made from strictly Italian white grapes and acacia honey.
A light-colored liquid, with a balanced, fruity taste. Best used as a substitute for wine vinegar. Great for salads and vegetables.
Acetaia Dodi Production Process: This product is produced according to the artisanal combination of concentrated must of white grapes, white wine vinegar, and acacia honey. The liquid is then aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
