An amber-colored, sweet and sour tasting liquid best used as a substitute for white wine vinegar. Comes in a 250 ml bottle. Condimento Bianco Barricato is a great companion for vegetables, poultry, and fish.
Acetaia Dodi Production Process: This product is produced according to the traditional combination of white grape concentrated must and white wine vinegar. The combined mixture is placed in wood barrels for at least 12 months, giving the liquid its iconic scent, taste, and balance, which characterizes the product.
