Produced in the Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces of Italy by Acetaia Dodi. Made from the Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni grape musts.

Acetaia Dodi Production Process: This product is obtained by the mixing of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. The mixture is then placed in wood barrels and left to mature for four years. The mixture is moved between different barrels throughout the maturation phase to develop unique and complex flavour profiles and scents. After maturation, the liquid is then bottled and ready for consumption.
